When we install the version of Microsoft 365 on our computer, an Office installation file is downloaded. And when we run the installation of the Office package, we click on this installation file to download online applications from the network for installation. With this setup, you only need to download small capacity files instead of storing large installation files when Office 365 has many applications in the package such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Publisher. office.com/myaccount

Instructions for installing Office 365 offline
We go to the Office home page by clicking on the link below and then we will log in with our personal Office 365 account. In this interface, click on the “Install Office” button.
Then we click on “Other installation options” to use this option when downloading the Office installation file.
Switching to the new interface, the user will click “Download offline installer” and then select the language in which you want to download the Office setup file. We will now download the Office installation file. office.com/setup
Once downloaded, we can install Office at any time. Click Setup32.exe to install the 32-bit version of Office or Setup64.exe to install the 64-bit version. You need an Internet connection to activate Office.
